As most of my readers know, I was set to be fully homeschooling my three daughters. Well, my husband for some strange and odd reason, has decided that it would be better for us to do online public school. I disagree with this because our daughter Ashleigh became burned out doing all the work on the computer. Plus, she hates reading out loud. She also did not care to have to do the Class Connection sessions or the student/teacher conferences.
I really do not want to have to do this option mainly because I don’t want to have to deal with going back to the doctor’s to get copies of my younger kids physical and vaccinations. This honestly just makes more work for me. It also aggravates me because I had it all set to use the Erin Condren teacher planner as well. I am still going to utilize it by mapping out what all I need to teach each day. Since they are going to be starting school late, I am going to have to do a couple of weeks of the girls doing school seven days a week. The good thing is that I can actually have all three of them do their handwriting activities together. Emily and Katelynn can also be taught together since they will be in the same grade.
Well, I need to go for now. I have to get the kids ready so that we can head to Walmart to pick up a few things.
