1 lb Stew meat
1 can french onion soup
1 can golden mushroom
1 qt beef broth
2 lbs baby carrots
8 small potatoes halved and quartered
1 small bag of frozen peas
In a crockpot or stock pot, combine all ingredients and cook on medium for the stove top for four hours (High in the crockpot for 6-8 hours).
You can serve this in a bowl or make some bread bowls a hour before the stew is ready and serve the stew inside the bread.
